Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in salon management or a similar leadership role
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance
• Knowledge of beauty industry products, services, and trends
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
• Lead, coach, and develop salon staff to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency
• Monitor and evaluate performance across sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Foster a positive, professional work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and open communication
• Manage financial operations including budgeting, payroll, and basic accounting functions
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
