Responsibilities

• Support and lead other stylists
• Manage salon operations
• Achieve salon goals
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Provide training and development for staff

Requirements

• Cosmetology and/or barber license
• Great communication skills
• Top-notch technical skills
• Flexible and organized
• Driven to achieve goals
