Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Cosmetology license in the state of TX
Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays (very busy days with great tip opportunities:)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fun filled, fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Strong technical skills with ability to mentor
Lead the team (by example)
Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
Oversee Daily Operations
Professional Appearance
Ability to prevent and handle customer complaints with grace
Hire, Train and Retain Stylists
Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for children of all ages, adults as well
Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments for kids
Ensure a fun and comfortable experience for young clients during their visit
Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in children's hair styling
