About The Position
We are seeking an inspirational, dedicated, and driven Salon Manager to oversee the operations of a Slick Rock Tanning & Spa location, leading the team to achieve and surpass revenue goals in line with the company’s vision and strategy while fostering a culture of exceptional service, cultivating long-term relationships with clients. The Salon Manager is responsible for ensuring their spa location is running at the highest possible level of efficiency, monitoring and controlling costs, maximizing revenue and profitability. This dynamic leader coaches staff for high performance and creates a positive work environment through continuous mentorship and feedback, aligning each team member’s goals with the goals of the organization.
