Requirements

• Natural leader with stellar customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Love training and inspiring a team to achieve salon goals.
• Hold a current cosmetology or barber license (per state/provincial rules).
• Flexible for evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable with tech and basic math for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations-scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness-to keep everything humming.
• Build clientele, boost profitability, and mentor stylists, including guiding a cosmetology apprentice to success.
• Deliver top-tier hair care services, ensuring every client leaves happy and confident.
• Foster a positive, supportive vibe; recruit, train, and manage staff; and handle conflicts with professionalism.
• Manage administrative tasks like end-of-day closeouts and basic reporting with ease.
