About The Position
We’re The Lash Lounge®—an award-winning, locally + woman-owned salon group —and we’re looking for a Salon Coordinator to join our team! If you’re sales-driven, customer-focused, and thrive in a luxury spa-like setting—we want to meet you! The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers. Finessed over decades with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide and rivals the best in the business.
