About The Position

As a Salon Attendant, you'll help create a serene and luxurious environment from the moment guests arrive. With your warm welcome, attention to detail, and commitment to cleanliness, you'll ensure every visit is smooth, relaxing, and memorable. Working closely with the team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional experience that defines Bellagio.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred
• Has prior experience working in a Spa or Salon setting
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Cultivate premium guest experiences through positive interactions and offerings such as a beverages
• Upkeep a safe and clean environment, removing used items and linen, while upholding adequate stock levels and replenish supplies as needed
• Remove soiled linen from hampers, and assist with washing, drying and folding of linen to include hair towels, capes and aprons
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
• Assist guests in the booking of salon services via spa and salon software, direct guests to their appointments and assist service providers
