About The Position

We are looking for Salon Assistants who are interested in the beauty industry and passionate about applying hair treatments. We have part-time and full-time roles!

Requirements

• Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication, excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing: Shampooing clients, Applying and monitoring treatments, Executing conditioning treatments.
• Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining: Blow dry/self-serve stations, Hairstylist stations, Shampoo areas, Dispensary areas, Laundry (keeping up with the flow of services) and more.
• Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance.
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.
