About The Position
Starpoint is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within our Residential Program. This position plays a key leadership role in managing residential providers, supporting the individuals we serve, coordinating care and services, and ensuring high-quality program delivery. The Residential Manager reports directly to the Residential Director and collaborates closely with administrative and direct support staff to uphold the highest standards of care, dignity, and person-centered support across all settings.
