About The Position

International Kia Orland Park is seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team in Orland Hills, Illinois. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling our vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn between $60,000 to $150,000 per year.

Requirements

• Previous experience in auto sales required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Proficient in computer and internet use
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in our showroom and on the lot
• Provide information on vehicles, features, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds
• Negotiate and close sales with customers
• Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure all sales records are accurate and up-to-date
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
• Attend training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
