About The Position

Join Our Team as a Sales Superstar! Do you love cars? Do you have a knack for connecting with people and closing deals? Our dealership is looking for a Salesperson who turns customers into lifelong fans!

Requirements

• Have previous sales experience (bonus, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers like a pro
• Understand customer needs and match them with the perfect vehicle
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in deals
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to dealership success
• Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments
• Other duties as assigned by management
