About The Position

Our Sales Consultants play an essential role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle while providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll become a knowledgeable product expert, build strong customer relationships, and thrive in an environment that values teamwork, personal achievement, and continuous learning. Salary Range Depending on job performance, the Sales Consultant compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $200,000 +. Requirements

• Availity to work a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
• Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check

• Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus!!
• Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is a strong advantage!
• Customer Service Background is a great start
