The Sales Associate is responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and sales volume. 90 days paid training, position is salary plus commission, earning potential of $80,000+ annually. Entry-level candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, ethical, and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and dealership software)
  • Ability to stand, walk the lot, and lift up to 30 lbs
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
  • Help customers select vehicles through needs assessment and product knowledge
  • Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain pricing and value
  • Follow dealership sales processes and compliance with all applicable laws
  • Prepare deals for F&I and ensure accurate documentation
  • Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and apps
  • Maintain follow-up with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and OEM certification programs
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized dealership
