This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a company that is redefining residential development and reconstruction in Los Angeles. The company is looking for a Salesperson in their Client Development Department who is deeply embedded in the luxury residential ecosystem—someone who understands how high-end clients think, earns trust naturally, and moves comfortably between architects, developers, brokers, and high-net-worth homeowners. This role blends strategic business development with hands-on client engagement. You will work directly with company partners to define how Westside Build is experienced in the market—and train under the partner leading sales strategy to fully internalize how we position projects, communicate value, and win work.
