Leads All leads are managed with the sales process. Demonstrate a relentless obsession with providing an awesome experience while guiding customer Leads. Your Customer Accounts Handle assigned accounts by learning what they do and how they operate. Ensure drafting, quoting and active projects proceed smoothly. Ensure problems and opportunities are resolved quickly and well. Follow Sales Process Ensure the Sales Team is following and adhering to their core process’s. Product Knowledge Stay current with product trends to provide the right building materials. Design Knowledge Provide input and direction on plan, styles and product selections to help find the right solution for each customer.
