About The Position
North County Cadillac GMC is expanding our Retail Sales Department, and we are looking for energetic Sales Associates to join the team! We strive to deliver a fantastic customer service experience and build long-term relationships with our clients. This position has outstanding growth potential for talented individuals and is a great opportunity to begin a long-term career in a growing industry. You will be supported by an experienced management team that will help prepare you for success. All sales team members have access to a variety of leads including phone, internet, and walk-ins.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, initiative, and a genuine interest in engaging with people!
- Highly motivated, with the desire to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment!
- Excellent phone etiquette and demeanor, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver license and ability to be added to company’s list of insured drivers
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Responding to leads and making genuine connections with customers face to face, via phone, and through email
- Greeting and educating customers, assessing needs, and demonstrating products and features
- Attending training classes, in-house meetings, and online seminars to keep knowledge and sales strategies up to date
- Documenting various sales activities in CRM
