About The Position

Our client is seeking an Independent Sales Partner (1099) in the cleaning and maintenance industry. This role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity with uncapped commissions, allowing individuals to build their own business. New partners will undergo a first-year training program, including classroom sessions and three weeks of field shadowing with a Sales Manager. Requirements

  • Outside Sales experience (B2B preferred, at least 1 year)
  • Strong prospecting and new business development skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Experience developing a territory
  • Money-motivated mindset
