About The Position

Great Western Building Systems is currently seeking a self-motivated and hard-working Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. GWB was established in 2016 and is quickly becoming a leader in the Pre-Engineered metal building industry. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, highly driven, self disciplined and thrives off competition and success. This individual will report directly to the Sales and Dealer Representative. Our work environment is fast-paced, fun, and oftentimes exciting. Our team is built of a diverse group of individuals who all bring their own strengths to the table. We work hard during the week and enjoy our time off on the weekend.

Requirements

1+ years experience in Customer Service
No sales experience required but you should feel comfortable speaking with customers and helping them in their search for their dream building.

Responsibilities

Contact leads provided to you by the company
Creating sales from leads given to you by the company
Meet and maintain daily call and activity metrics
We provide our sales reps with 10 - 12 new leads per day. This is NOT a cold calling job and everyone one of our leads has contacted our company to request additional information and pricing
