Sells new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Guide customers through the new BMW vehicle selection process with consultative selling Conduct engaging test drives that showcase BMW's performance and luxury features Build and maintain a strong customer base through exceptional service and follow-up Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores Collaborate with our BMW Genius team, finance department, and service advisors to create seamless guest experiences Stay current on new BMW models, features, technology, and competitive landscape Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions Participate in dealership sales events and community outreach initiatives Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and follow up on leads promptly Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values Complies with Company policies and procedures Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
