About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process—from the first greeting to final delivery—while providing knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service. You will help customers explore vehicle options, conduct product demonstrations, maintain accurate information in the CRM, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and satisfying experience.

Requirements

Sales experience in any industry is welcome - Excellent training is provided!
An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude
Provide engaging and informative product presentations
Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives
Collect customer contact and interest information and accurately enter it into the CRM
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, sales pricing, and manufacturer incentives
Actively participate in daily sales and training meetings
Continuously practice and refine customer service, product knowledge, and communication skills
Complete the delivery process by presenting and delivering the vehicle to the customer, ensuring a positive final experience
