Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Familiarity with automotive industry trends and products is a plus
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features

Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Conduct follow-up communications with customers after sales
Participate in training and professional development opportunities offered by the dealership
