About The Position

Timbrook Honda of Winchester is a premier powersports dealership specializing in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Powersports Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about powersports, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys helping customers find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in powersports, automotive, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Passion for powersports and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales floor.
• Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and test rides.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Assist with financing, paperwork, and follow-up communications.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and dealership promotions.
• Other duties as assigned by management
