About The Position
The Alexander Agency is looking for a Life Insurance Sales Representative (Full-time & Part-time) to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. You’ll be trained in processes, procedures, and how to obtain new business. This is a 100% commission-only role . We believe hard work equals results. If you have a drive to succeed and have excellent people skills, we want to hear from you. Fully remote job, NO door to door sales. What do we do? Contact warm clients and find out their needs ( NO COLD CALLING ). Strategize with a mentor and with carriers on their options. Help them choose the option that best fits their needs. Get paid next day!
Requirements
- Either Posses a current Life Insurance Producer License OR willing to obtain one.
- MUST: Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
- Be a legal resident of the United States of America.
- Ability to pass a background check (fingerprinting).
- Ability to build rapport.
- Performance-driven, coachable, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
- Confident, team-oriented, persuasive, positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs.
