About The Position

Larger than anticipated growth has us looking for some self-starters to join our sales team! Work with highly experienced sales managers and sell NEW AND USED vehicles- open floor! Premier dealership with large inventory of new and used vehicles – in addition the ability to sell new and used Hyundai at our sister location next door. Average first year compensation is $50-$100k+ with income growth for years 2 and beyond, what do you want to earn this year? Honda President's Award WINNER multiple years! Same schedule EVERY week! Ideal candidates for this position are team orientated with a focus on providing their customers with the best possible service before, during and after the sale 100% of the time. Ideal candidates for these positions must be able to achieve their goals daily and be a self starter. Strong organizational skills required. Candidates must be enthusiastic, energetic and possess sound decision making skills. Ideal candidates are comfortable with technology – including Microsoft Teams and ability to learn various software applications Auto sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual with related proven sales experience and drive.
