About The Position

The position involves various responsibilities centered around customer interaction and vehicle sales. The employee will be tasked with answering leads, following up with interested clients, setting up appointments, and ensuring the vehicle lot is presentable. Additional duties include inputting client information into the system, arranging test drives, presenting vehicle features, signing purchasing paperwork, delivering vehicles, and conducting after-sale follow-up calls to address any client concerns or questions. The employee will also attend product and sales training courses as requested by the sales manager, keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry, conduct business ethically and professionally, attend sales meetings, and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Must have good driving record
  • Must have driver’s license
  • Must have basic knowledge of Computer systems
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors
