About The Position
Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Wilmington is seeking a Sales Associate to sell new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting dealership sales goals, greeting customers, determining their vehicle preferences, explaining features, and demonstrating vehicle operations. The Sales Associate will also compute and quote sales prices, complete necessary paperwork, arrange for vehicle delivery and registration, and engage in business development while addressing customer concerns. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and participating in required training are also essential duties.
