If you are looking for a new opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment, we might be just what you are looking for. What is the work environment like? We don’t just say that “we make our employees feel valued” in a job description. We show it in our competitive compensation and benefit package: We offer Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plans, Simple IRA with match, paid vacation time, and 10 paid holidays. But we go above and beyond that, with company-supplied trucks and tools, free training, new DreamMaker gear twice a year, and a monthly employee-to-employee recognition program to celebrate successes all year long. We also offer employee activities throughout the year, such as barbecues, holiday parties, ice cream Fridays, fishing trips, and other get-togethers (as COVID allows). That’s the stuff you probably expect. But what’s the day-to-day like? Our team members have created a company culture that promotes teamwork, friendship, and a commitment to excellence. More than 1,400 projects later, we have developed specific processes that have been proven to work on every job. For example, we use Microsoft Teams to connect with our designers and other staff via video chat, text, or phone, or to find documents and other information. Clients recognize our commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional customer service with every job we complete. Which is why we consistently receive “100% would recommend” ratings on Guild Quality, a 4.8-star rating on Google, and many other glowing comments from former customers. In fact, we get most of our new projects from repeat clients and referrals.
