As NFM's Sales Representative, you will provide world class service to NFM customers by using Ten Steps of the Sales and performing the following duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance
• High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
• Customer centric and enjoys serving others
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience preferred
• 5 years furniture sales required
• Interior design experience required
• Ability to work early mornings/late nights and weekends based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Monitor Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner.
• Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently.
• Plan Maximize the sales process. Achieve all sales targets and goals as assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Assist Use all existing tools, such as catalogs, internet, workshops, etc. to acquire expert knowledge of the assigned product lines.
• Collaborate Support the department's management staff.
