The company prides itself on its core values, emphasizing hard work and exceptional customer service. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Oxford, AL. The Salesperson will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions, and staying updated on tire products and services. The individual will provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and support operational tasks, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

Requirements

Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, communicate effectively, and upsell services or products.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, including managing time efficiently and maintaining detailed documentation.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer concerns effectively.
Basic computer proficiency for managing sales records and inventory systems.
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
Must have clean MVR
Drug Test
Pass DOT physical
Ability To Commute/relocate Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
