About The Position

About the Position: This position assists the Application Development Team with support of several Salesforce based grants management systems. It will focus on supporting end users with Salesforce technical support, including supporting grant distribution, compliance tracking, and creating reports. During disasters and state emergencies when supplemental staffing is needed in the State Emergency Operations Center, this position will assist the Incident Management Team with other application support tasks.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or an IT related field;or High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of experience in the field of technology related to the position's role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce platforms, including system workflows, user account management, object configuration, security, backups and other best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce system administration, including user access, permission sets, roles, and platform security
  • Engage with end users to collect requirements for bug fixes and system enhancements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring high availability that align with industry best practices
  • Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to end users
