Salesforce Technical Project Manager Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they meet business requirements while managing technical aspects like development, integration, and configuration, requiring a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and strong project management skills to bridge the gap between technical and business needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize features for development.
  • Architect Salesforce solutions including custom objects, fields, workflows, and integrations, considering scalability and performance.
  • Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, testers, and business analysts, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient collaboration.
  • Review technical designs, code, and configurations to ensure quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to manage project delivery.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, including clients and internal management.
  • Oversee testing processes to identify and resolve defects, ensuring successful project deployment.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users after project go-live to ensure adoption and address any issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and customization options.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project planning tools, and risk management techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to guide and motivate team members, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly valued.
