We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Technical Lead with excellent technical knowledge and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in Salesforce integration products and solutions, as well as Salesforce Development. This role requires experience in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Component features. The candidate should also have experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and working with the Salesforce platform. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of implementing projects on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role involves architecting robust, highly scalable Salesforce integration solutions that integrate with other enterprise solutions such as ERP, HCM, Middleware, Data Warehousing, and BI/AI. Hands-on project delivery experience of large end-to-end projects is essential. The candidate should also be proficient in Salesforce Customization, Security Access, Workflow Approvals, Data Validation, and data utilities. Experience in Integration Methodologies, different APIs, Trigger framework, Recursive Triggers, VF Remoting, Asynchronous Framework (Batch jobs, Queueable Apex, Future methods) is required. The candidate will also be responsible for setting up Connected Apps and using tools such as Ant Migration tool, Standard and custom controllers, Data Loader, Force, Eclipse IDE Plug-in, VS Code, Workflow-Approval, Custom objects, Custom tabs, Email service, HTML, and Web-service (REST and SOAP). Debugging code for troubleshooting issues is also a key responsibility.
