Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will: Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Salesforce solutions for federal clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical strategy, and ensure alignment with security and compliance standards. Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, DevOps, and release management. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior staff, and foster a culture of technical excellence. Ensure solutions meet federal security and data protection requirements, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and other relevant standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce environments. Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans. Support proposal development and technical presentations as needed.
