Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the development and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across our global organization. This role will lead a team of offshore developers (contractors/contingent workers) and collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Product Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving excellence in enterprise cloud solutions.

  • Lead and manage a team of offshore Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, BSAs, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform tools.
  • Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards, security protocols, and integration patterns.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term platform strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Coordinate with integration teams working on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce, and other enterprise systems via middleware (e.g., SAP CPI).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing offshore development teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP CPI).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Technical Architect) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations with complex integrations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for mentoring and growing technical talent.
