The Salesforce, Systems, & IT Manager will act as the organization's point-person for CRM management and optimization, developing an in-depth knowledge of functionality of Salesforce and associated applications. This role involves serving as project manager for organizational-related Salesforce and technology systems enhancements, developing schedules and milestones to track the progress of technology implementation. The manager will leverage knowledge of industry best practices to uncover opportunities for business improvements through Salesforce enhancements and stay up to date with the latest releases, product enhancements, and plugins through self-motivated learning and attending webinars/training provided by Salesforce. Additionally, the manager will help define Salesforce infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes, implementing configuration changes, and monitoring all aspects of user and license management. Training and support for users, managing consultants and vendors, and leading various IT initiatives are also key responsibilities.
