About The Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce System Analyst to join our team. The Salesforce System Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our Salesforce systems, analyzing, and optimizing business processes, configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements, providing technical support and training to end-users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce System Analyst or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes within Salesforce.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
• Develop and implement new features and functionalities.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to ensure our system remains up to date.
