The Salesforce System Administrator </b>supports and maintains HHSC Salesforce environments, ensuring system reliability, security, and alignment with business needs. This role analyzes user requirements, evaluates system capabilities, and recommends solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The position is responsible for configuring new Salesforce orgs, integrating third -party tools, managing data migrations, and supporting CI/CD frameworks. It also performs troubleshooting for production and non -production environments and collaborates with business units to document needs and system functionality. The administrator works within an Agile (Scrum) team and participates in continuous improvement of processes and system performance.

  • Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce orgs, including setup of new environments.
  • Analyze business objectives and user requirements to recommend system enhancements.
  • Perform data migrations, ensure data quality, and support system integrations and AppExchange products.
  • Support and refine security policies, authentication protocols, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot complex production and system issues, providing technical guidance as needed.
  • Review system capabilities and limitations to determine feasibility of requested changes.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD processes and version management practices.
  • Document user needs, program functions, and system procedures for enhancements or modifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across organizational units to assess current operational procedures and identify improvements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development processes.
  • 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing and supporting Salesforce orgs and environments.
  • 7 years of experience with SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, and CI/CD tools such as Flosum.
  • 7 years of experience with data migrations, data quality, system integrations, third -party applications, and AppExchange products.
  • 7 years of experience overseeing and troubleshooting complex system software and hardware issues and recommending technology solutions.
  • 5 years of experience implementing authentication protocols (OAuth) and working with core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
  • 2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and development (Apex, Visualforce, triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components).
  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, or Jitterbit.
  • 2 years of experience working within Agile Software Development methodologies.
  • 2 years of knowledge and experience configuring no -code Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
