About The Position
The Salesforce Staff Engineer brings passion, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset to Thrivent’s Engineering Culture. They are a trusted expert in Salesforce and integration technologies, who applies business, industry, and technical knowledge to assigned assets, domains, platforms, and vendors. Collaborates with team members to ensure quality solution delivery. Leads the implementation, execution, and maintenance of technology solutions to mitigate risk and drive business results. Provides development expertise on mid to large sized product delivery teams, focused on solving complex problems. The Salesforce Staff Engineer will be a member of our Platform team and have expertise in Financial Service, Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud functionality within the Salesforce Platform. This role is responsible for leading the design, build (configuration and customization), implementation, documentation, and maintenance of functionality that meets the needs identified by Product Leadership. Successful candidates will have experience with large implementations along with broad knowledge of Salesforce and externally integrated capabilities. A visionary approach to designs and solutions is key to success in this role. Candidates will possess strong technical skills while emphasizing user experience and design-first approach.
