About The Position

Are you a technical leader who is passionate about platform strategy? At Cloudmuscle, we are sourcing a role for one of our key clients, and we will have an exciting full-time opportunity to join our client's innovational in-house salesforce team. We’re looking for someone who values collaboration, enjoys working with diverse teams, and is eager to make a real impact. This is a dedicated application for 1 year commitment with the intention to switch to direct employment to our client after, if we see a potential match, one of our recruiters will be in touch to explore the opportunity further. You'll provide the technical team leadership and guidance the Salesforce team currently lacks, own the technical roadmap, and be the trusted technical advisor to management on all things Salesforce. You will partner with the business product owner to shape the platform roadmap together, where he brings business process expertise and you bring technical platform vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree
  • 5+ years Salesforce experience
  • Technical team leadership (coaching, guiding, setting standards)
  • Calm under pressure; incident leadership
  • Salesforce platform understanding (Admin level+)
  • Technical stakeholder communication
  • Technical roadmap planning & prioritization
  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders on direction
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a big plus, with enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a diverse and international environment.
  • Mandatory EU citizenship or permanent residence in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

  • Technical Team Leadership: Guide and grow a Salesforce team that has a solid admin foundation. Provide the technical leadership, coaching, and standards the team is ready for. Coach and develop team members' capabilities.
  • Roadmap Partnership: Co-own the platform roadmap with the Business Product Owner. Together bring business process depth and bring technical platform strategy. Together, you shape direction. Define technical vision, evaluate feasibility, and guide architecture decisions.
  • Technical Advisor to Management: Advise leadership on Salesforce direction, investments, and platform opportunities. Translate technical possibilities into business value and guide trade-off decisions.
  • Incident Leadership: Stay calm when things break. Lead incident response from the technical side, communicate clearly, and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
  • CRM Ownership: Develop comprehensive understanding of Salesforce and Mysolution (ISV) functionality, configuration options, and roadmap to complement team's existing knowledge.
