About The Position

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Solution Lead to drive innovation, integration, and optimization across our Salesforce platform. This is a high-impact role that collaborates across departments to deliver scalable solutions that enhance business processes and member experiences. What You’ll Do: Own and evolve the Salesforce roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, develop user stories, and manage a prioritized backlog using Jira and Confluence. Lead integration efforts across business units and vendors, ensuring seamless workflows and data integrity. Champion Agile methodologies, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery. Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring quality releases and proactive issue resolution. Partner with the Security team to uphold data protection and compliance standards. Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery. Continuously engage with end-users to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce as a Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
  • Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum, product management, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with financial services systems; life insurance policy administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design, data architecture, and API development.
