The work: As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive end-to-end integration solutions. You will lead client discussions to define integration requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment between business processes and supporting applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce development, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
  • This role requires on-site presence at the local ATC office 2-3 times per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring development teams and delivering Salesforce solutions within healthcare environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Salesforce Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver scalable integration solutions across Salesforce Health Cloud and CPQ.
  • Lead client engagements to understand business objectives, define requirements, and translate them into robust technology solutions.
  • Map business processes to applications, define data entities, and select the appropriate integration technologies, components, and patterns.
  • Design the overall integration architecture, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide technical leadership to the development team.
  • Guide and mentor team members, drive architectural decisions, and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key solution and design decisions across projects.
  • Develop innovative solutions to problems that span multiple systems or teams.
