The Salesforce Solutions Analyst plays a strategic and hands-on role in supporting and enhancing the University Advancement team's use of Salesforce. Embedded within the Advancement Operations team and reporting to the Associate Vice President, this position partners closely with IT, fundraisers, and data users to ensure Salesforce is a powerful and reliable platform for achieving Advancement goals. The Analyst is responsible for configuring Salesforce to support key business processes, developing reports and dashboards, maintaining data quality (especially for biographical and donor-related information), and assisting with end-user training and support.
