About The Position

As a Service Cloud Developer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our Service Cloud team. By leveraging your expertise in cloud development, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of highly scalable and reliable solutions that enhance our customer service capabilities. You will report directly to our Service Cloud Manager, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our customer service operations by developing innovative solutions that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud experience
  • Good understanding of Opportunity /Case /Account Management processes
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Community Cloud
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Salesforce PRM
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design cloud-based solutions for our Service Cloud platform
  • Develop and implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the Service Cloud solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Cloud functionality and integrations
  • Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve our Service Cloud capabilities
