We are currently seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer - Hybrid - Home/Client site to join our team in Parsipanny, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US). Day to Day job Duties: Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud projects — from requirement analysis to deployment and post-go-live support Architect scalable and high-performing Service Cloud solutions, leveraging core features such as Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, CTI, and Live Chat Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators Design and review Apex classes, LWC components, triggers, and integration frameworks to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps practices (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins pipelines) Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions Drive integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.) Ensure security compliance, data integrity, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications Participate in pre-sales discussions, solution estimation, and technical proposal development as needed

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience of Expert-level knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs
  • 8+ years of experience Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Knowledge, and CTI integrations
  • 8+ years of experience Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing, and governor limits
  • Experience leading onshore/offshore teams and managing multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution presentation skills
  • Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Certifications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Einstein Bots, FSL (Field Service Lightning), or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD automation, DevOps, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) on Salesforce
  • Experience in enterprise integrations involving large datasets and complex business logic
  • Proven track record in mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring technical excellence
  • Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect
