As a Salesforce QA Lead specializing in Sales Cloud and CPQ , you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise CRM and ERP solutions through functional and automation testing. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. In this Role, you Will Perform functional manual testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SAP Order Fulfillment processes. Validate Quote-to-Cash workflows including quoting, pricing, order management, invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition. Design and execute system, integration, regression, and acceptance tests. Create and manage test artifacts, sandboxes, and test data for comprehensive coverage. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Track and report defects using JIRA and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
