The Salesforce QA Lead will oversee and manage quality assurance for Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce testing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to define and execute QA strategies.

  • Lead QA efforts for Salesforce development projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for QA-related discussions with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage testing efforts with onsite, offshore, and nearshore teams.
  • Define and optimize QA strategies, test plans, and processes tailored for Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Manage regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing phases.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by creating detailed test cases, test scripts, and automated tests.
  • Utilize tools like Provar, Selenium, or similar for Salesforce testing.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and product owners.
  • Communicate QA status, metrics, and potential risks effectively to stakeholders.
  • 10+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years as a QA lead in Salesforce projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Community).
  • Proven experience in Salesforce integrations, workflows, triggers, and API testing.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce testing tools such as Provar, Selenium, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with nearshore teams in Latin America is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
