As a Salesforce QA/Automation Engineer, you'll help support our dedicated field teams, and deliver critical services that make a visible impact every day. Your daily impact: The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of a position, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals. However, as business needs evolve, these responsibilities may shift over time to reflect new priorities, processes, or technologies:

  • Test Design & Execution: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce components (Sales Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Testing Scope: Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
  • Automation Development: Build and maintain test automation frameworks and test scripts using tools such as Provar, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or Copado Robotic Testing.
  • Configuration Validation: Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and Apex classes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Admins, Business Analysts, and Integration Developers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Defect Management: Manage defects and test results using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Agile Participation: Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Pipeline Integration: Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
  • Quality Assurance Documentation: Ensure comprehensive test coverage and documentation across all Salesforce features and releases.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance test processes, automation coverage, and QA best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a Salesforce QA or in a similar role, with proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Field Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations or enhancements.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes), and security model.
  • Documentation & Analysis: Skilled in creating user stories, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs) using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.
  • Support: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, communication, and stakeholder alignment across projects.
