About The Position
Abra is seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead complex Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce
- At least 2 years of experience as a project manager
- Proven proficiency in advanced project management techniques
- Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective project strategies
- Exceptional team collaboration capabilities
- Strong self-learning and adaptive mindset
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Flexibility and systemic approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Nice To Haves
- Additional Salesforce certifications
- Knowledge of integration development
- Familiarity with SOQL
- Advanced project management certifications
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycles
- Oversee customer communication and expectations
- Create and maintain comprehensive project specification documents
- Conduct quality assurance of implementation outputs
- Provide matrix management for implementation team
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate complex data migration efforts
- Develop strategic project management approaches
