We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform and related sales systems and tools. This role involves managing projects that support our Go to Market Operations team, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce, and providing administrative support to optimize the platform's use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Salesforce administration, and go to market operations.

  • Lead and manage projects related to the Salesforce platform and sales systems from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as user management, data management, and system configuration.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the needs of the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support go to market operations.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce and sales systems.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, data management, and system configuration.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of sales operations and related systems and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
