We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Platform Architect with over 10 years of expertise to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects. In this position, you will be tasked with architecture design and strategy, where you will design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. You will define and implement technical architecture strategies, roadmaps, and solutions for Salesforce platforms, providing technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce best practices and methodologies. Additionally, you will engage with the Virtual Architecture Team (VAT) Council, participating in design reviews and approvals. Your responsibilities will also include solution implementation, where you will lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. You will oversee the development and integration of custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems and applications. As a technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver effective Salesforce solutions. Mentoring and guiding junior team members will be a key part of your role, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and trends will be essential to ensure the organization leverages the full capabilities of the platform. You will also be responsible for system maintenance and optimization, monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing proactive measures to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Conducting regular system audits, implementing best practices for data management, and ensuring data integrity and security will be part of your duties. Comprehensive documentation for architecture, configurations, and processes will need to be developed and maintained. Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical requirements will be crucial. You will present technical solutions and architecture recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, managing relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
